posi-numbers beantown and end of tour...
this weekend im going to be going to two of the three days of posi numbers...im kind of bummed because i want to go to the third day as well, but i have to go to denver on sunday morning so i got to come back on sat after the show... its gonna be tight because think i care, modern life is war and down to nothing are going to b playing on friday which will be tight, and mental is playing on sat, which will be fun, but it sucks because blacklisted and coldworld are playin on sunday and i really want to see both of those bands. but what you gonna do? at least ill be able to see the bands that i will. i feel like spendin mad loot on merch too. there is the new DTN, lightout and the new mental jams that i want to pick up....
My tour with pnuema is over. we played are last church on sunday at danielle our leaders church it was awesome. we got to go to thte beach in maine and this place called the portland headlight which is this tight light house right on the atlantic and there were all these rocks that i went climbing on and such it was so tight. we also went up to this hill and watched the sun set and sang hymns....it was probably the one of the best times in the summer. this summer has been real great for me. i have grown very much in love with Gods word, and i have had alot of great conversations with pastors and friends and syblings(i dont know how to spell that) and i just have been blown away by the things that i learned this summer.
after the tour with pneuma ended in maine they dropped me off at My brother Joels house for a couple days, its been great. i got to hang out with my 2 year old nephew marx. i went to read him a book tonight and i broke his brand new bed. i should have known that a bed built for a two year old was well.....not built for a 21 years old. well...lesson learned. me and joel went into beantown today....which i guess is a nick name for boston but im not sure why i just heard people call it that. we went into china town and got bubble tea and then we went and ate at a pho' soup place down there...it was incredible. then we found newbury comics and i got 3 cd's for 24 dollars....
Viva Voce - Lovers Lead the Way 5.99
God Speed You Black Emperor 7.99
Guster - Keep It Together 9.99
im pretty happy with them, well actually i only listened to the guster album....i am also reading a clockwork orange it is getting really tight , and i think i will finish it pretty soon, which will mean 4 out of the five book goal, and then im also trying to finish the New Testament by the end of the summer, i am in 1 cornithians now, so i need to step it up......
im spent....
p.s. I saw one of the guitar players from suicide file walk into newbury comics.....it was tight, he has an ill sleave.
